6. Cancellation and Returns (Consumer Rights)

  • Refunds: We will issue a refund including delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose a non-standard delivery option) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
